Returns + Exchanges

Not the perfect fit? Fret not. maintains a fuss-free, no questions asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any items without the original tags, or returned items that are damaged, soiled, worn or washed. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

*Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Accessories: Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to refund/ exchange accessories unless it is defective upon receiving it.

We will notify you via email/ Whatsapp once your return has been processed.

Returns & exchanges by courier

Free returns or exchange by domestic courier for online orders.

If products are in original condition, we will process the refund within 10 working days after receiving them. Exchanges are subjected to availability. New products will be courier over to you the following day.
